Beaches of Merimbula and the Sapphire Coast is a guidebook with over 230 photographs, informative beach descriptions and town maps of the entire Sapphire Coast – from Bermagui to the Victorian Border. The book will help you find and explore every beach – it includes even some of the hidden beaches. With bushwalks, history, surf spots and more, this is a ‘must-have’ for visitors and locals alike!

The Bega Valley Shire, also known as the Sapphire Coast, has been divided into six sections, each represented by a coloured tab. These tabs are displayed on the side of each section, on the rear flap for quick reference and on the Contents page. To navigate to an area of interest, simply locate the coloured section in the guide. The sections are arranged in logical geographic areas, from North to South. Each section starts with a general description, area map and an ‘At a Glance’ overview of the beaches found in that area.

This is followed by a beach-by-beach description with photographs, maps and list of features to help you plan your visit.
